The specific objective of this WP is to define, implement and evaluate all the necessary actions for the design of VET curricula, in line with the ECVET system, and the development of the related training contents to meet the training needs identified for the selected target group.

WP will allow to:

– define the contents of the training modules

– prepare assessment forms to evaluate the various aspects of the learning outcomes;

– develop training materials;

– outline the guidelines for the training conduct methodologies; these guidelines will serve the future trainers during the field implementation phase of the TRAIT training course;

– developing the Open Educational Resources materials.

The VET curricula will be developed to be transferable to all education and training providers and other training providers for the health and legal-legal sector.

Work package – Implementation Model

This WP allows testing the quality, effectiveness and innovativeness of the TRAIT model in the three trainings under the project:

– In the training of trainers (ToT);

– In the planned pilot courses in blended mode;

– In the large-scale open online course (MOOC).

WP will allow to:

– Realize initial field training aimed at future TRAIT model trainers;

– Organize trainings that, thanks to the presence of transversal and specific modules, are able to create a common language

and fill the training gaps of the target professionals (healthcare, judges, and lawyers);

– Realize follow-up meetings with most of the target professionals to check whether the skills (key and basic) learned during

the trainings are reflected in the work contexts.

The implementation of TRAIT in the field will help to fill those training gaps of health professionals, judges and lawyers (a need that the TRAIT project intends to address), which in turn will help to break down barriers and improve access and quality of both health services and legal-legal services for LGBTQ+ people (TRAIT’s overall goal).

Work package – Dissemination and Mainstreaming

The main objective of this WP is to ensure effective communication

outside the partnership and maximize the dissemination of project results to target sector stakeholders and the general

public through the creation of well-structured marketing channels and dissemination activities. Specifically:

– Develop a common and coherent dissemination and mainstreaming strategy among partners;

– Disseminate the status of the project and ongoing experiences by presenting TRAIT products and results at national roundtables and at international conferences and meetings aimed at health and legal professionals;

– Disseminate project results online through the project website, partner websites, project newsletters, dissemination of fact sheets, and a strong social media presence.

This WP will enable significant networking among partners, public/private sector bodies and stakeholders and reach a large number of people, thus allowing to increase public awareness of LGBTQ+ needs (TRAIT’s Specific Goal). All this will contribute to increasing the impact of the project and breaking down barriers and improving access and quality of both health and legal service
